The Agrarian and Civic Party (Lec: Karno Gbùrk ë Òbrzészk, KGëÒ) is a minor agrarian political party in Lecistan, created on 9 September 2015 during the campaign for the October 2015 elections. It was formed by civil and social rights activists, as well as more moderate and agrarian Moderate Front supporters.

The party's platform is focused on revitalizing the Lec economy through agrarianism, a balanced approach on Odissia and Nevanmaa, as well as other centrist policies.

Platform

Domestic

The Agrarian and Civic Party supports the introduction of universal suffrage in Lecistan, which was one of the main tenets of it's predecessor, the Civic Platform. It supports more direct support for the agrarian areas of Lecistan, and includes subsidies and other economic advantages towards Lec farmers in it's program, believing that a strong Agrarian-friendly policy can smooth the effects of the coming recession in Esquarium. Regarding the issue of the Grand Duke Juhani, the KGëÒ argues that the Grand Duke's powers must be reduced outright, but is not necessarily against the preservation of the monarchy. However, one of the major differences with the Moderate Front is that the KGëÒ has repeatedly stated that should the Grand Duke not cooperate with the Royal Chamber, a KGëÒ government would not be afraid to take more radical steps to democratize Lecistan.

Furthermore, the KGëÒ runs on a platform of increasing civil and political freedoms for the people of Lecistan, which would proceed together with the reforms regarding the Grand Duke's power, as well as reforms in healthcare, welfare and education, similar to those of the Rally for Lecistani Sovereignty. In general, the KGëÒ presents itself as a close ideologically alternative to the Moderate Front voters, who are displeased with it's stance on recent events.

Foreign

The Agrarian and Civic Party runs on a platform of slowly disengaging from Nevanmaa's aggressive stance towards Lecistan's south Conitian neighbors, however it does not support aligning with Odissia and the SOE in general. During the press conference that announced the creation of the Agrarian and Civic Party, Dobrosłôw Kamënski states that '..it's important that Lecistan maintains as neutral and objective relations with both sides of this brewing conflict'. During the same press conference, party officials elaborated on this statement, telling reporters that '... the Agrarian and Civic Party advocates economic ties with both nations, based on agrarian economic policies and support for Lec exports abroad which are damaged by Nevanlinna's stance'. It argues in favor of re-adopting a sovereign Lec currency, and terminating the Treaty of Friendship with Nevanmaa in favor of a treaty that would guarantee Lec neutrality by both the Michillians and the Nevans.

The recent ruling by Odissian courts that the independence of Lecistan is illegal was condemned by the KGëÒ which put a statement on it's website, where it called for Odissia to 'respect the sovereignty of the Lec people and let petty differences aside in favor of the greater good and stability in the South Conitian region, and Esquarium in general'.
