Rupprecht Eckhardt von Scherzinger(born 2 March, 1953) is an Englean politician currently serving as Imperial Chancellor of the Englean Kaiserreich. A career politician, von Scherzinger previously served as Minister President of the Kingdom of Prussia from 1991-2008, then head of the Imperial Foreign Office from 2009-2016. Following these positions, von Scherzinger served as a member of the Reichstag as representative of the Englean Conservative Party. Following the resignation of Chancellor Reinhold von Kluge in 2019 after a heart attack caused significant complications, von Scherzinger was appointed by Siegfried I as Imperial Chancellor.

As stated previously, von Scherzinger is a member of the Englean Conservative Party and holds a doctorate in law from the Imperial University of Kessenger. Briefly from 2009 to 2011, he acted as head of the ECP. He has been described as a right wing member of the party, and is known for his internationalism and internationalist policies. Currently von Scherzinger wishes to expand the Kaiserreich's realm of international relations, specifically with the Ventismar Union and other memebrs of the Association of Cooperative International States. Being a member of the Junker class of the Kaiserreich, von Scherzinger is noted for his general lack of opinion on democracy and the Kaiserreich's relations with democratic nations that is common within this class.

von Scherzinger continues the tradition of anti-communism that is found within the Kaiserreich, and has stated that he wishes to "encourage" communist nations to "reject" their ideology in favour of a "freer future" which exists within Western institutions. This policy has been seen within his tenure as Imperial Foreign Minister, where significant economic policies were enacted in order to successfully achieve this "encouragement." In his new position as Reichskanzler, it is expected that he will strive to further ties with the Ventismar Union as well as members of the ACIS and Dogmana.
