The below table records how teams, even at the most amateur levels, can become a major team. Obviously, this is against the odds, but if you have the community strength and the money, it is possible. The table is separated by its three sections and five levels, the sections including Main leagues, Pre-Pro Leagues, and Amateur Leagues, with advancing through a section being very difficult. If the team relegated from the Vaitrel is not from the same region that the promoting team from the Pre-Pro section, arrangements must be made to keep the designated number of teams in each league. This often results in the club nearest to the lacking region switching leagues, this can sometimes be even more complex, effecting the fourth level and an automatic relegation, which is usually avoided. The lexicon next to each of the fourth level does not designate anything, not even location or talent.
