The Aluminium Production and Consumption Association,' more commonly known as AlPaCA', is a proposed trilateral international economic trade agreement between the Empire of Great Xio, the Third Republic of Iverica, and the Socialist Federal Republic of Advocatius. The organization's goal is to achieve reduced market competition for aluminium. It aims to do so by restructuring the global production systems so that the decision-making authority and profits of aluminium export are in the hands of Iverica, Xiohane, and Advocatius.
