Usage
As far as I'm concerned, your country's flag must be made into a circle and have a transparent background.
This is what it's supposed to look like:
Samples
As a sample you can see the icon of my country (to the right of anterian icon) in the top-right corner of the page. If you click on it, it will lead you to its iiwiki page.
Beware
If you add your country's or any other category to your template and later on use the template anywhere else, that page will get the category you added to the template.
