The Central Council of Nainan (Nainese:会同中秧奈人; Hội đồng Trung ương Nài Nhân) is the central governing body of Nainan, it combines the highest ranking government officials from all branches of government and military into one council. It has a total of 16 seats, 14 of which are members of the Nainan People's Solidarity and Longevity, the other two being independent members of the Armed Forces. There is no appointed or elected leader of the council, with the goal to not allow on branch having too much power of the other, some might argue that the State Director is the highest ranking member of the council and wields most power.
