The Irvansky is the lower house of the legislative body of Wilskland, and Independent State of Seketan.
At the beginning of each session, the house elects a President to preside over debates and votes. Currently, the President is Timofee Relae of the Wilsk Nationals who was first elected to the seat in 2019.
The chamber has 77 members elected every 4 years, with 43 elected by FPTP in single-member districts with roughly equal populations and 34 elected proportionally in an at-large province-wide constituency.
