- Ostrozava has a long history of regional competition with Velikoslavia. In multiple instances of warfare [SEE: Event Archive Report #928DSM992 First Partisans War and Event Archive Report #928DSO939 Second Partisans War], Ostrozava proved resilient despite varying levels of Velikoslav involvement from covert support to open invasion throughout both events. Though appearing somewhat disorganized and archaic, the Ostrozavan state apparatus demonstarates a surprising amount of strength when pressed by external forces.
- Several unsuccessful operations, which resulted in multiple casualties [SEE: Archive Report #827FGD838 Operations Reports Index - Ostrozava - 1970-1980], were made to infiltrate the Ostrozavan government, though the organization has proven to be monolithic and difficult to implant operatives. Notable failures include Operation Vandal in 1972, where several attempts were made to coerce men in powerful positions to provide intelligence to VID handlers via unscrupulous means. All assets were either removed via PRCO counter operations or refused to coperate, compromising handlers and requiring reassessment of target criteria.
