- On 16 August 1983, Royal Nikolian Flight 116, a Boeing 747-100 from Beograd to Telora, collided with Valkea Airlines Flight 163, a Boeing 747-200 from Källälivi to Beograd. The collision occured over Homolj na Dunaju, located 114 km east of Beograd. All 327 people on board Flight 116 died in the collision, alongside 289 on Flight 163, for a total of 616 fatalities. The Homolj na Dunaju disaster remains the worst accident in Royal Nikolian's history, as well as the deadliest mid-air collision and the deadliest accident in Astyrian aviation history.
