Mosinsky Barracks is a Radictistani military installation located within the County of Greater Nuxenstat along the Radicti River north of the port. It is the headquarters and garrison site of 2 Naval Brigade, the elite amphibious-parachute formation of the Royal Radictistan Army. The installation's close proximity to the central government district facilitates the brigade's role as an emergency internal security force. Unlike a majority of Radictistani military installations no part of Mosinsky Barracks is accessible by members of the public or outside military personnel at any time.
