The first round of the 2021 Slavic Presidential Election was held on 4 October 2021. Should no candidate win a majority of the vote in the first round, a runoff will be held between the two top candidates on 11 October 2021. It was the first ever presidential election in the Slavic Union and the first completely free elections in the countries history.
The election was won by Ulyana Agapova of the Green Union.
