"You and Me" is a 2020 cover song by Tatsumi Sugiyama. This was the only song that he ever recorded. It was released on October 10, 2020; 4 days before He and Shiori Akiyama married. This song became Tatsumi and Shiori's official wedding song. It was recorded as a gift to the latter.

The music video mostly consisted Tatsumi singing with a small band as pictures and clips from the movies that He and Shiori made were shown through out the video, especially the intimate memories the two made.
