The Mid-Themiclesia Regiment (中辰旦族, trung-der-tan-tswak) is a regiment originating from the City of Tups and the surrounding region, in Mgu-ngwyan Province (九邍). It was founded in 1801 by the merger of the City of Tups Musketeers and the Highland Musketeers. Its four mechanized infantry companies are designated part of the 22nd Mechanized Division in wartime.
History
Headquarters
The MTR is headquartered from the Baron of Gil and Baronet of Gil Memorial Hall (栺侯栺君大宮) constructed in 1951, which aside from its military function is also open as a commemorative space for the Baron of Gil and his son the Baronet of Gil, who were the city's most high-ranking individuals to perish in the Pan-Septentrion War.
