Giancarlo Caracci (15 April 1921) is a retired Archadian veteran and officer who served during the Second Europan War. He defected to Allies in 1943 and joined the Archadian Government-in-exile, which was composed of Anti-Fascist Archadians who took up refuge in the United Kingdom.

Prior to his defection, Caracci had been a career officer in the Imperial Archadian Army, having been promoted to Captain at the age of 20. He was later assigned to the Alpini Paratroopers Regiment following an Archadian officer recognising his skills in Special forces operations. However, Caracci ended up defecting in 1943 following the death of his family at the hands of Archadian Secret Police. He fled to Concordia, where he was received by Lucian-aligned Archadian attaches. He surrendered many military intelligence to the Allies in exchange for settlement in the UK. In 1944, he joined with other fellow Archadians in the SAS in the quest to liberate their country. Following EWII, Caracci and his fellows were distraught at the Fascist party maintaining control over Archadia, hence he rejoined the SAS again.

He retired in 1975 until he resurfaced again during the Sanguinoso Colpo, in which he became one of the most vocal Archadians against the Fascist Party. He lended his voice to the Archadian Army, who promptly heeded his call and defected to the Nationalist side. Caracci and other surviving Archadian veterans of EWII and WoLA returned home to Archadia following the transition to democracy.
