Saokhleba is a country located in central Thrismari, bordering Gregoria to the north-west, Encessia to the north, Medovia to the south-east and Russrashtria to the south-west. Itis situated on the coast of the Marmar sea, and the Aghmosamtebi (აღმოსამტები) mountain range in the west, forming a semi-natural border.

Etymology

The Common name "Saokhleba" supposedly comes from before the collapse of the Eastern Empire. The oppresive emperor of the Western Empire started to open his country up to the outside world. In order to present it in the best way possible, he made up a new name for the country, meaning "Great/Good land".

In Saokhlebi

Mtat’bairi (მთატბაირი) was intoduced after the unification of the Eastern and Western Empires. The name was, like Saokhleba, chosen by the monarch. The name means "Shore of mountain lake", selected due to the monarch’s love for the western nature.
