Charles (Henry Andrew) Wright OBE (joined 11 February 2022) is a retired politician who served as the 17th Prime Minister of the Empire of Great Britain. He previously served in the House of Lords, the House of Commons and in multiple Cabinets. He also served as Director-General of the British Broadcasting Corporation and as Colonel of the Regiment of the Household Division. Charles was the 22nd and 28th Speaker of the House of Commons, Senior Deputy Speaker in the 17th Session of Parliament, and a Member of Parliament for Cambridge and later on for Aberavon. He was succesively a member of the Commonwealth Non-Aligned Alliance which he founded, the British Workers' Party which he led during the 19th Session of Parliament, and the outreach commissionar of the British Federation of Labour. He retired on the 3rd of February, 2023.
Charles Wright wrote numerous legislative proposals. He wrote the Household Division Act 2022, establishing the Household Division. He co-wrote the Treasury Act 2022 alongside Ulrich Bauheim, and re-established the economy. He also wrote the Education Act 2022 which formalized and regulated education within the Empire. He also wrote the Housing Act 2022 which introduced and regulated Estates, which he later expanded with the Estate Development Act 2022. As a member of Parliament and Chancellor of the Exchequer, Charles wrote and passed multiple economic reforms, including the National Commerce Act 2022, the May Budget Act 2022, and the State-Owned Enterprises Act 2022. During the economic reform of the 22nd Session of Parliament, he co-wrote the Business and Commerce Act 2023 and the British Economy Act 2023. During the Judicial Reform of the 22nd Session of Parliament, he wrote the Judicial Seperation Act 2023. During his legislative career, Charles amended all Acts of Union. He also authored the Sailor Inclusion Act 2022, the World Assembly Council Act 2022, the British Overseas Territories Act 2022 and the Judicial Seperation Act 2022, alongside amendments to the Elections Act and the Citizenship Act. He also wrote the General Register Act 2022, that did not receive Royal Assent. Furthermore, as Chancellor of the Exchequer, Charles oversaw the first payment cycle, the template of the first budget, and the creation of HM's Treasury.
