Elisabete Pascoal (born March 4th, 1973) is a Quetanan politician, diplomat, and naval captain who has served as the Foreign Minister of Quetana since 2021. A graduate of the University of Vongane, Pascoal joined the Quetanan Navy as an enlisted officer and served from 1991-97, honorarily discharged at the rank of captain. She entered politics in early 2002, elected to represent her home district in Baleicos in the National Assembly.
