History
Zulheina was found by the Bolali around the seventh century BC, and remained a small port city until the arrival of Riysian Arab traders around the ninth century. The city would come under the control of the Sultanate of Polarus shortly thereafter.
Zulheina was the site of a bloody siege during the Polarussian Crusade, and after falling to the crusaders it would remain under the control of the Empire of Exponent until Polarussian independence in 1996.
