Occupation of Birgande is an ongoing military operation in the southern city of Birgande in Ganji Islands. Kjaw Liberation Army occupied the city during the early hours of morning with the help of Goarpaz Mercenary Forces.

The KLA is an Army from the state of Kjaw, that wants to make Ganji Islands a communist state.

Causes

The Government of Kjaw issued a raid to a KLA base in Western Kjaw, which turned out to be empty. The only things found were ammunition and AK-47s built during the Ganjiland War.

First week

First day

During the first 3 hours, KLA took over the Birgande City Hall and the Artadalian Embassy building in Northern Birgande.

At 15:58, two Ganji Islands Special Forces soldiers died, 9 were wounded and 3 civilians were wounded in a grenade explosion while evacuating an apartment building.

The rest of the day went without casualties.

Second day

The day began with an explosion in the district of Maroon. There were no casualties but 2 bypassers were injured.
