The Esquarian Court of Human Rights is a court of law in Esquarium responsible for adjudicating cases regarding the Esquarian Charter of Human Rights, an international human rights instrument binding on all Member States of the Esquarian Community and participants in the Esquarian Common Market.

Judges

Judges on the court are nominated by their country's delegation to the Council of Esquarium and chosen by approval voting. They are required by Esquarian law to show no favor to any state, including their own, and to be just and impartial in all their decisions. The current court, which took office on 8 March 2017 for a term that will run until 7 March 2018, is composed of:
