Lady Jaqueline Bianca Walker (born 12 May 2022) is the heir presumptive of the Skavandian throne and the daughter of Drake and Vanessa Walker, the Duke and Duchess of Valtoria. Though not a relative of the Skavandian royal family, she was appointed by King Liam and confirmed by the noble court for the security and stability of the monarchy until the King has a child of his own. She is the first person to serve as heir presumptive in three centuries and the first from commoner parents.
Birth
Lady Walker was born Jaqueline Bianca Walker at 00:01 UTC+02:00 on 12 May 2022 at the Cordonian Royal Palace in Cordonia, Skavand.[1] She is the daughter of Drake Walker, Duke of Valtoria, a Skavandian-American former disc jockey and Vanessa Walker, Duchess of Valtoria, née Vanessa Lopes, a former waitress from New York City.[2] She was named after former first lady of the United States Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis and her paternal grandmother Bianca Walker. Lady Walker descends paternally from the House of Walker in Skavand and from the Walker family from the American state of Texas. Maternally she descends from the House of Beaumont in Ramsford and the Lopes family from The Bronx and is mixed-race, having African-American lineage from her maternal grandfather. She is also the first cousin once removed to Lisa Lopes, a member of the girl group TLC from Georgia. Lady Walker is also the cousin to the heir apparent to the dukedom of Ramsford, Lord Bartie Beaumont, and the niece of Savannah Beaumont, Duchess of Ramsford through her father and of Bertrand Beaumont, 10th Duke of Ramsford, the husband of the Duchess of Ramsford.
Succession
As the heir presumptive, Lady Walker is entitled to the title and style of princess. However, she is styled as a child of a duke in accordance with her parents wishes that she grow up as a private citizen until she turns 19. Once she becomes an adult, she will have the option of continuing to use the title of lady or using the title Princess of Skavand until she ascends to the throne.

Vanessa Lopes and Drake Walker are known as the Duke and Duchess of Valtoria, but on paper things read differently. According to the birth certificate obtained by People, the Skavandian birth certificate revealed standard information, including the girl's name (Lady Jacqueline Bianca Walker), sex (F), date (12 May 2022) and time (00:01) of birth and location of birth (Cordonian Royal Palace). For the names of the parents, Drake was listed as Drake Mitchell Walker. Meanwhile, Vanessa was listed as Vanessa Mae Lopes Walker. The use of no titles has raised eyebrows, but could also be a technicality.
