William Leroy Sloan (born November 18, 1986) is an American businessman, investor, entrepreneur and television personality. He founded Sloan Enterprises, a conglomerate company, in 2007. The company soared in valuation by investing in information technology, aerospace and telecommunication, and he was named the youngest male self-made billionaire in America on the basis of his financial portfolio.
