Julío Pires Carvalho (Born April 3 1940) is a Paretian lawyer, politician, and statesman who served as Premier of Paretia from 1990 to 1999. He also is the founder of the Social Democrats of Paretia and served twice as it's leader, from 1976 to 1981, then 1985 to 1999.
