Guanjan is a city in Yuan situated on the coast of the Cantalle Ocean. It is the second-largest city in Yuan after Shanghan and one of the world's most populous cities with 18.97 million inhabitants. Guanjan has an extensive history and a rich culture. As one of Yuan's National Central Cities, it serves as a financial center of the Guanjan Basin and the upstream Tijain River. It is a major manufacturing and transportation center. Guanjan is one of the top 100 cities in the world by scientific research outputs and home to several notable universities, including Guanjan University, Guanjan University of Posts and Telecommunications, Guanjan University of Political Science and Law and Guanjan Normal University.
