The provinces of Seketan are administrative divisions in Seketan that are responsible for regional and subnational governance. The current provincial structure according to the Seketese constitution defines seven provinces which approximately align with the historic confederated Secenic duchies.
Provinces vary widely on regional and political significance, however generally each province elects an assembly and take on various responsibilities in infrastructure, healthcare, education, and language policy. Every province is divided in municipalities by the national government, however most provinces draw their own local government divisions for urban and rural areas. Wilskland is recognized as a legal continuation of the Wilsk Republic and has an indefinite right to exist. Fjeska and its institutions are defined and protected by the Loria Accords.
Gjenor is the most populous province of Seketan and contains the national capital of Conelibek. Fjeska and Wilskland have additional powers, rights, and legal autonomy.
