Large stockpiles of the AK-54B and C variants are held in storage and issued to reserve units. AK-54M is purchased from Elatia and issued in small numbers to elite units of the Army. Similarly, small batches of the AK-54S variant are used by Charnean special forces. All AK-54 pattern rifles use steel-cased 7.62×39mm rounds. | |

Grenade-based Weapons
Anti-tank Weapons
Combat Vehicles
Name | Image | Origin | Type | Notes |
---|---|---|---|---|
V-74 | Elatia | Main battle tank | Both VA-74M2 and VA-74M3 variants are equipped by Charnean tank forces in significant numbers. A Charnean modernization package of the VA-74 exists, featuring a second generation thermal sight, commanders thermal viewer, and upgraded ERA. VA-74 variants are the most common battle tank in Charnean service. | |
Tizurdam | Mutul Charnea |
Main battle tank | Variant of Mutulese T1 battle tank. Small numbers purchased from the Mutul, designated Tizurdam-M, are mostly identical to those produced under license by the Ikyan Corporation which are designated Tizurdam-I. A modernization program with improved optics and ERA protection, designated Tizurdam-IM, entered service in 2010 with most Tizurdam tanks being subsequently upgraded to the IM standard. | |
A84 Inabarom | Charnea | Infantry fighting vehicle | Most numerous armored vehicle in the Charnean Army's active units. Manufactured by the Ikyan Corporation since 1984. A standard variant armed with 20mm autocanon, a 90mm canon armed variant, an anti-tank variant fitted with a turreted A97A2 Tegere ATGM launcher, a mortar carrier variant and a command vehicle variant are all in active service across the mechanized units of the Charnean Army. | |
IBV-81 | Elatia | Infantry fighting vehicle | Imported Elatian IFV, modified with turret capable of firing the Charnean A97A2 Tegere missile. | |
TAK-1 | Mutul | Armored personnel carrier | Modern APC imported from the Mutul. In service as a custom variant requested by the ICA, featuring a modified design for improved performance in desert terrain and better mine protection. | |
Tihettan Tazoli | Zacapican Charnea |
Armored personnel carrier | Copy of the Zacapine TNT armored vehicle acquired from Itayana, produced by the Ikyan Corporation under the designation Tihettan Tazoli ("Steel Box"). Primarily used in APC configuration, but also found in service as a self-propelled gun, anti-aircraft vehicle and commonly as a logistics support vehicle. | |
A45 Torka | Charnea | Armored car | Indigenous Charnean scout vehicle and armored car design of the mid 20th century. Produced in large numbers and retrofitted to equip modern vehicle weapons including ATGM launchers. Phased out as a combat vehicle from most active formations but still used by the ICA border guards, by active units as a scout vehicle, and kept in storage in large numbers. | |
UR-53 | Mutul | General utility vehicle | Used in high readiness formations as a transport, logistics vehicle and scout car. Rejected for full adoption by all units of the ICA due to the preference of some units to convert unarmored civilian trucks to use in the same roles at much lesser expense. |

Air Defense Weapons
Rotary Wing Aircraft
Name | Image | Origin | Type | Notes |
---|---|---|---|---|
Ahuriri Taqqimt | Onekawa-Nukanoa Charnea |
Attack helicopter | Primary attack helicopter of the Charnean Army, armed with a 20mm canon and hardpoints capable of fitting unguided rocket pods as well as anti-tank and air-to-air missiles. Initially designed for the Royal Onekawa-Nukanoa Air Force, design was later rejected by the Onekawan government leading to an arrangement between the manufacturer Ahuriri Aerospace and the Charnean Army to set up production of the helicopter in Charnea. | |
W-3 | Mutul | Utility helicopter | Multirole utility helicopter, utilized in ground attack and reconnaissance missions and as a light transport. | |
H-68 | Elatia | Heavy lift transport helicopter | Primary heavy lift helicopter of the Army Air Service. Purchased from Elatia, which it is produced as a pirated copy of a Talaharan design. | |
Naenae LH.11 | Onekawa-Nukanoa | Light multirole helicopter | Onekawan licensed variant of Belfrasian Clios Buzzard aircraft, in service with the Charnean Army as a multirole helicopter used for ground attack and transport missions. Equipped primarily by ICA special forces units. |
Fixed Wing Aircraft

---|---|---|---|---|
Whaitiri Kāhu | Onekawa-Nukanoa | Multirole fighter SEAD aircraft |
Whaitiri Kāhu FSR.7 is the most modern fighter in the Army Air Service, used by the high readiness squadrons. The ER.4 variant is the ICA's only specialized SEAD aircraft. Both variants are purchased directly from the Onekawan Ahuriri Aerospace corporation. | |
K'akmul 20 | Mutul | Multirole fighter | Modernized K'akmul model, upgraded to launch modern cruise missiles and smart bombs. Capable of interceptor operations but primarily used as a strike craft by the ICA to avoid loosing aircraft in dogfights to more modern opposing fighters. | |
K'akmul 5 | Mutul | Multirole fighter | Purchased in large numbers during the Ninvite War. Now largely phased out of active service, held in storage and equipped by reserve units of the Air Service. | |
Nākahi II TF.1 | Onekawa-Nukanoa | Jet trainer | Primary trainer aircraft for the formation of jet fighter pilots, also doubling as a reconnaissance and strike craft. | |
Pī TB.3 | Onekawa-Nukanoa | Turboprop trainer LAAR aircraft |
Multifunctional turboprop aircraft used as a trainer aircraft for the formation of novice Air Service pilots and as a combat and air patrol aircraft by squadrons assigned to border patrol and counter-insurgent actions. Equipped in large numbers due to its versatility, favored by many the Air Service due to its lower cost of operations and better loiter time compared to the equivalent Nākahi II TF.1 jet aircraft. | |
Kererū C.2 | Onekawa-Nukanoa | Transport aircraft | Primary airlifter vehicle for the Charnean Army, used for rapid strategic relocation and deployment of units across Charnea's expansive territory as well as for logistical support missions. | |
Pīkikau C.1 | Onekawa-Nukanoa | Utility aircraft | Light utility and transport aircraft used for personnel and supply transport as well as reconnaissance missions. Some units have been modified to carry air-to-surface missile systems for service as strike aircraft. |

---|---|---|---|---|
Kōkōpākau RS.3 | Onekawa-Nukanoa | Strike UAV | Primary ground attack UAV used by the ICA air force in counter-insurgency operations. | |
U-96 | Mutul | Reconnaissance UAV | Platoon level reconnaissance UAV used by ground units. | |
U-06 | Mutul | Handheld Reconnaissance UAV | Used in a similar role to the larger U-96, used at the section and even the squad level due to being easily portable by infantry. | |
Tiqeyyin-131 | Charnea | Loitering munition | Pusher-prop loitering munition used by the Charnean Army in a similar role to cruise missiles for long range strike missions. Deployed from truck-based launchers capable of launching 5 units. Relatively rudimentary drone using many civilian components to save on cost, it has no optical guidance system and cannot autonomously hunt for targets of opportunity but can adjust course mid-flight to evade known threats. | |
Tiqeyyin-136 | Charnea | Loitering munition | Improved version of the 131 munition, with larger wingspan, greatly increased range and more than double the warhead weight capacity. |
