The Irvansky is the lower house of the legislative body of Wilskland, and Independent State of Seketan.
At the beginning of each session, the house elects a President to preside over debates and votes. Currently, the President is Timofee Relae of the Wilsk Nationals who was first elected to the seat in 2019.
The chamber has 77 members elected every 4 years, with 43 elected by FPTP in single-member districts with roughly equal populations and 34 elected proportionally in an at-large province-wide constituency. Members of the Irvansky, or MWI's group themselves into political parties, with a minimum requirement of 4 members to form a recognized party. MWI's in groupings of less then 4 can form unrecognized parties and sit with other non-affiliated MWI's. The President can choose to lower the minimum requirements at any time.
