The President (Gasarian: Президент), officially the President of Gasaria and formally the President and Chief Executive of the Free State of Gasaria, is the head of state and head of government of the Free State of Gasaria and the commander-in-chief of the Gasarian Armed Forces. The President chairs the Free State Council and the Military Council.
As a presidential system, the president is the most powerful political position of Gasaria. The president can issue decrees, can support legislation with at least 40% support in the State Congress, and can veto legislation.
