Nicholaus Philippos Alexandros Dimitrios V, Duke of Patrinos (5 August 1883 - 15 March 1912) was a Belfrasian Nobleman and a Army Tribunus who was killed in action during the Belfro-Mutulese war of 1911. He was also the Duke of Patrinos from 1903 until his death, with the title passing to his brother Georgio III.

Following his death, his younger brother Georgio III would inherit the Duchy of Patrinos along with it's titles and accounts. His body was never recovered from the Xuman Peninsula and instead an empty coffin was buried in his plot at the Blue Creek National Cemetery. His brother would go on to name a military hospital in Mondria after him, the Nicholaus V Military Hospital.
In 1955, Georgio's first-born son would be named directly after Dimitrios, Nicholaus VI.
