The Patriotic Armed Forces of Altaia (abbreviated PAFA) is an armed rebel group based in the southern Lyoan province of Altaia. The group is secessionist, advocating for the province to become independent. The group has proclaimed itself to be the military forces of a self-declared proto-state, the Republic of Altaia. The group is thought to be small, and it collaborates with other separatist militias.
