The 1949 Leonopolis Summit was summit meeting between East Besmenian Prime Minister Albrecht Neumann and West Besmenian Supreme Leader Karl Ochsenbein.
The summit took place on August 18, 1949 in Leonopolis. The summit is considered a highlight of the East Besmenia-West Besmenia relationship. It was the first and only time that leaders from both countries met together.
The non-aggression pact Ochsenbein-Neumann Pact was signed at the summit. The pact guaranteed nonviolent and unarmed peace between the two nations.
