The 1949 Tofino Summit was a summit meeting between East Besmenian Prime Minister Albrecht Neumann and West Besmenian Supreme Leader Karl Ochsenbein.

The summit took place on March 1, 1949 in Tofino. The summit is considered a highlight of the East Besmenia-West Besmenia relationship. It was the first and only time that leaders from both countries met together.

The non-aggression pact Ochsenbein-Neumann Pact was signed at the summit. The pact guaranteed nonviolent and unarmed peace between the two nations.
