An Act to establish the United Kingdom and its Commonwealth Realms and overseas territories as neutral grounds, to promote and encourage a safeguard of Commonwealth interests should aggression take place, to further enhance strict local laws, prevent bloodshed caused by foreign wars, to strengthen the Lucis Armed Forces and the Austrakiba Defence Force in the defence of Commonwealth territory, to permit more trade and to promote peace over Commonwealth territory.

The Commonwealth Neutrality Act is a law passed by the Commonwealth of Nations in 2010 to "to cease all peacekeeping missions abroad, to prevent aggression, to permit more trade and to promote peace over Commonwealth territory and to and promote the safety of human life." The law is in effect in both the United Kingdom, Austrakiba and the Lucis Dependent Territories.
