Foreigners who wish to drive or operate a vehicle in Layfet must be at least 16 years old and have a valid and current driving or operating permit/license from their country of origin. Foreigners who wish to drive a car in Pelostan must be of legal driving age in their country of origin. They must also have a legal driving license from their country of origin. In order to be allowed to drive they have to go to the local ARU (Ajto Regukazni Urad) and get approved. They must follow the Pelostani traffic regulations. They are only allowed to drive vehicles of class B and lower, unless they apply for a Pelostani license. You don’t need to be a Pelostani citizen to get a driving license.
