Donnan (Huaxian: 東寒国 Dōnghánguó), officially the Republic of Donnan (東寒民国 Dōnghán Mínguó), is a sovereign state located in northwestern Arcadia. Its population of 6.7 million is largely concentrated in the southwest of the country along the coastline. Donnan's capital and largest city is Pinkong. Donnan is bordered to the south by Federal Union of Arcadia and to the west by the Immanic Ocean.
