William, Duke of Marthasey (20 May 1754-9 November 1831) was an Anglian royal, diplomat and general. He was born in 1754, the third son of King William V of Great Anglia and Josephina of Ausburg. He served as the Anglian consul to Labradoria from 1785 to 1812, after serving as a general in the Anglian army. He was the father of the first King of Bruxenburg, George I, and played a crucial role in guiding the young king and influencing Brux politics.
