The Euclean Community will hold its 4th presidential election to elect the President of the Euclean Community in two rounds - the first on between the 7th to the 10th October and the second on the 4th to the 7th November 2022 if no candidate wins the necessary 363 seats in the electoral college in the first round.
Electoral system
The Euclean President is elected in an indirect election with an electoral college of 725 members. Each member state of the Euclean Community sends a slate of electors to vote for the president with the number of electors being determined by the population of each member state and equal to the number of MEPs the state sends to the Euclean Parliament.
