Greater White Plains, also known as the Western Neverendian Megacity, is the largest Illuverendian metropolitan area located within western Neverendia. It is the most populous urban agglomeration in the country, with over 24 million citizens. The Greater White Plains area is defined by the rapid outward urbanisation outside of the city and county limits of the core city, White Plains.
