The Model 1984 is an 8×8 wheeled infantry fighting vehicle developed by Maverica. It was developed using components and weaponry purchased from overseas sources and became a symbol of cooperated between Maverica and the Casaterran states. It mostly replaced the Model 1971 APC. It was heavily armed when accepted into service, equipped with an Anglian 30mm autocannon and domestically produced anti-tank missiles while still being decently armored against machine gun and artillery splinters while carrying a full infantry squad.
