Hugo Dautzenberg (13 January 1882 - 4 July 1959) was a Besmenian lawyer and politican, who served as the 4th President of Besmenia from 1941 to 1951. Before his presidency, he served as Justice Minister from 1928 to 1932 and as President of the Federal Constitutional Court from 1933 to 1941.
