Fei Hong (Huajiangite: 飞鸿; Alphabetized Huajiangite: Fēihóng; Pronounced: [fə̄i xʷúŋ]) is the 13th and incumbent Executive Commissioner of Intelligence. Part of the Republican Party and formerly a Shao Wei of the Huajiang Special Operatives Tuan. She is a businesswoman and holds several large shares in different security companies within Huajiang and continues her work as a Computer Network Architect.

Fei Hong was born in Qicheng on March 12 1963 under the name Tian Chenli (田辰礼 (Tiánchénlǐ)) to her parents Feng Mei and Tian Yun. Despite being a female, she inherited the surname Tian. She went to study at the University of Qicheng, receiving her Bachelor of Science early at the age of 18 in 1981. After graduating, she went to become an officer in the Huajiang Special Operatives Tuan, where she became a reserve. She excelled during her contract and was promoted to Shao Wei, before her contract had ended. Unwilling to be contracted again, she moved towards pursuing her Doctorate, attending the University of Jin's Gate in Qicheng. She received her Doctor in Computer Science in 1990. Fei received international attention when she released the Fei Computer Security System (FCSS), which proved to be major in the field of encryption software.

Fei afterwards became a security officer for Shangchan International Corporation as a cybersecurity coordinator. Shangchan became the first company to use the FCSS in an attempt to curb cybercrime. Fei afterwards became a small businesswoman, buying several stocks in small security companies. She joined the Republican Party and continued working for Shangchan International Corporation until 2005, when Qiao Dibao was announced to be the future successor for incumbent President of Huajiang, Hua Daning. Qiao soon after began planning for Hua's Sihou, and selected Fei to be the future Executive Commissioner of Intelligence after Hua's death. Hua Daning died in March 14 2006, and his Sihou ended March 15 2006, making it the shortest Sihou in history. She succeeded Feng Yueyue, making her the 13th Executive Commissioner and the first female Executive Commissioner of Intelligence.

After the technical Sihou of Qiao Dibao in 2012, Fei was retained as the Executive Commissioner by Meiying Yue. In a public statement, Meiying considered Fei to be a valuable asset to the Executive Council, and that she won't be replaced during her tenure.

Early Life and Education

Fei was born in Northeast Holy Hospital in Northeast Qicheng. Her father was Tian Yun, a businessman who worked as a low-level officeworker for Shangchen International Corporation. Her mother was Feng Mei, who was a housewife for Tian. Despite being born a female, Fei was given Tian's surname as opposed to Feng's surname. Both Tian and Feng were of Qi descent from people who were nationally and culturally tied to Huajiang. Feng Mei originally was from Kaiyang and spoke both Huajiangite and Guavai, but was of Huajiangite Qi origin. Feng grew up in slight poverty as she did not know who her father was, which brought cultural ostracization to her family. Tian Yun was born in Gao'an and left to attend the Western Kaiyang University. Feng Mei's mother, Feng Yi, was a professor in Huajiangite History, and as such Feng Mei attended her classes for free without being offered college credits. Feng Mei and Tian Yun met within Feng Yi's class in 1959, where he later graduated in 1960. After his graduation and eventual marriage to Feng Mei, they moved to Qicheng after Tian had received a contract as a businessman for Shangchan International.

After Fei was born, Tian and Feng moved from Qicheng to the cheaper Jin's Gate. Despite Feng having a mother who worked, she did not work. Feng never attained an education higher than a public education degree. Fei described this time as, "Nothing more than a blur. I never really remembered who my father was. My mother I loved, but my father seemed distant." After Fei's completion of high school, she describer Tian as, "being in the family." Tian incorporated Fei and Feng back into his life, and afterwards moved his family into the heart of Qicheng, away from Jin's Gate. Tian died of a stroke in 2014. Feng has not remarried after his death and has remained a widow since.

Education

Fei demonstrated unique ability in her childhood, being called gifted. Fei graduated highschool at the age of 15 , and afterwards was enrolled into the University of Qicheng on several different scholarships as well on the insistence of her father, Tian. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science 1981 at the age of 18, showing an affinity for computer science. During her childhood, she was able to understand Guavai both orally and written. She was taught mostly household skills that would be important to a housewife by her mother, while she was taught to be resilient by her father. Despite not being too close to her daughter, he wished for her to be a breaking force within the male dominated world, saying "No matter what any man tells you, do what your heart desires." (无论男人告诉你什么,做你心中想要的事。 (Wúlùn nánrén gàosù nǐ shénme, zuò nǐ xīnzhōng xiǎng yào de shì))

After her graduation from the University of Qicheng, she was reached out by the Huajiang Armed Forces and offered to be an officer in the Huajiang Special Operatives Tuan. She accepted and paused her education, where she became an reservist ranking Shao Wei. She was then placed as a contract for the Special Ops. Tuan as apart of her assignment, where she was placed for four years. After her contract expired in 1985, she refused to re-sign another contract for the Special Ops. Tuan.

She then was reached out by the Jin's Gate University in Qicheng.
