Vincent Lloyd, 4th Baron Lloyd of Derbinghan AM PC (Vincent David Lloyd; born 8 February 1976) is an Albish noble and politician, currently serving as Chancellor and leader of the Conservative Party since 12 November 2018. Before being elected in November 2018, he served as Leader of the Opposition between February 2011 until November 2018, First Lord of the Exchequer between March 2006 until February 2010 and First Lord Clerk between June 2005 until March 2006. Lloyd is an Assembly Member for the constituency of Grenford since September 1986.
