Retentionist  Brilliania 2018 39 n/a Firing squad Capital punishment is legal according to the Brillian constitution. It is used for cases of murder, violent sexual misconduct and organizing, participating or funding terrorist organizations. A small uptick in executions occurred in 2018 after the indiction of several members of the terrorist organization Sainduak. Waiting times for death row prisoners are some of the lowest in the world, with an average death row inmate having 92 days between the start of their sentence on death row and their execution.
