Talk:Makopa
Political asylum
Makopa lets anyone apply for political asylum, but wouldn't be granted asylum if found out they were war criminals in another country. Since Makopa follows the principle of non-refoulement, and if the asylum seekers are already on Makopan soil, they just become unwanted immigrants. Theyre allowed to stay but they have no asylum rights.--Pikabo (talk) 00:40, 21 September 2020 (UTC)

(Draft) Political outline
The Batasan Pambansa, the Federation of Makopa's legislature, has been dominated by two parties: Makabayan (right) and Akbayan (left). The Makopan constitution is modelled after the Goyanean system, so it follows first-past-the-post and there are subordinate legislatures in constituent states. The Kaladya, the Empress of Makopa, is neither the nominal chief executive nor the official head of state. She is defined only as "Symbol of State" and holds no power whatsoever.--Pikabo (talk) 15:32, 23 September 2020 (UTC)
