Shroud of Mejis is a Notreceauen Metalcore and Deathcore band formed in 2006 by then-college roommates Jean Dufour, Armand Carpentier, Matthew Bourdillon, and Jeremy Villeneuve. Since their inception in 2006 they have released five full length feature albums. They are currently signed to Point d'arrêt records. Throughout their discography they have experimented with both metalcore and deathcore, alternating between the two genres on separate albums as well as on tracks on the same project. Shroud of Meijis' 2020 release Death Rattle was awarded metal album of the year by Le Pouls.
