Jacques Cartier de Mercy (22 September 1894 - 15 February 1966) was a Fravi politician and military leader who served as the 1st president and general secretary from 1949 to 1956. During the Second Civil War of Fravina, he served as the grand general in the Rose Army, most notable for his victory in the Siege of Fort d'Olivier.
