Company units
CoxCo's corporate assets are organized into three divisions and two subsidiaries. While divisions are organized under CoxCo's corporate structure, its subsidiaries report directly to the CEO and board of directors.
Divisions
- Broadcast News and Entertainment, headed by Matthew Pagliarini, is responsible for management, production, and distribution of CoxCo's entertainment and news programming through CNN, Cox Sports, and RTV. It is also responsible for CoxCo's over-the-air television network, the Cox Broadcasting Service.
- News Media and Publishing, headed by Noah Matthews, oversees CoxCo's major print and internet media assets including StoneLloyd Publishing, The Wayne Street Telegraph, The Liberator, The Sanfolk Sentinel, The Camden Post, The Patriot Press, and Vortex Media.
- Parks and Resorts, headed by Reuben Morrissey, is responsible for CoxCo's theme parks and resorts, including the Vinewood Studios Park, Adventureland, and Marine World.
Subsidiaries
- Liberty Media Group, led by Diederick Bock, is a media holding company with ownership stakes in internet radio, sports, fintech, e-commerce, television broadcasting, and news media.
