Janub Mohamed Al Jumiyin (Arabic : جنوب محمد الجمعين), born February 14 1944 in Hani, Salamati Trade Dependancy, was the president of Salamat from 1998 to 2019. He is well known for the "civil concord", which consisted of liberation of terrorists and cancelling the trials of terrorists convicted for murder or terrorism between 1993 and 1998. This action ended the Salamati Civil War. He is also known for running 5 times in the presidential elections and winning everytime, he was accused of corruption for this and the citizens who were opposed to him (the majority) protested peacefully every Friday after noon prayers from his fifth reelection, since October 19 2018 until May 11 2019, when he agreed to organise new elections.
