Elisabete Pascoal (born March 4th, 1973) is a Quetanan politician, diplomat, and naval captain who has served as the Foreign Minister of Quetana since 2021. A graduate of the University of Vongane, Pascoal joined the Quetanan Navy as an enlisted officer and served from 1991-97, honorarily discharged at the rank of captain. She entered politics in early 2002, elected to represent her home district in Baleicos in the National Assembly. She was selected by President Nuno Lumeo in 2012 to serve as the Ambassador to Caspiaa, a role she served until 2018 when she was dismissed by President António Brafeo. In 2021, President Emília Medeiros and Prime Minister Ian Abril slated Pascoal to serve as Foreign Minister.
