Acencona is the third-largest city and a major port of Latilli. It has a population of around 415,000 people. It is located on the western end of the Cona peninsula along the Casarta Sea, making it a major port for commerce along the Northern Samson Ocean. Its natural resources have always been its sheltered harbour, the often powerfully fortified hill of Castel di Acencona, the modern Castedo, the salt from its lagoons, and, from the hinterland, wheat from the mainland plain and silver and other ores from the peninsular mines.
